      Hello thank you for reading this, for ome reason my automotic revewal is not working and when i go to renew now it keeps loading but no page open>...... please help thank you

        It seems to be a temporary issue with .CO.IL, it will be fixed in few hours, sorry about this

          Hi, i have receive another error message from appdrag saying that : 'echec du renouvelllement du domain' the 25 th
          but the money has been taking from my bank account the 24 ... i need an update please. also i have been paying for a second domain name that in my memory was supposed to be free no ???? please check fo me Thank you

            Hey Anath,
            I can confirm that you have been charged only once in the end, the second charged that was tried where auto refunded at the same time

            About your second domain (.net), it's free only the first year. But you should have received an email alert several days before that telling you details about that renewal and price of renewal (regular price for .net)
