I see you've configured correctly your Favicon. Google takes time to re-crawl your website, wait some days to check if it is updated on their side.

Another thing you can try:

1. convert your logo to a .ico file with this: https://convertio.co/fr/png-ico/
2. rename the file to favicon.ico
3. upload this favicon.ico to the root folder of your site in Code Editor

this way you will have your favicon in both png and ico formats and will have a wider compatibility
