SOLVED have a rollover on a background

Hello
There is a function I can't find.
I have three text blocks in the background. I would like the background to change when the user passes over one of the blocks.
I have a very basic function, but I can't find where in the <> menus.
A screenshot would be appreciated

@nicolas-flam we don't have any feature to do that,
but you can add a block of code on your page and do that easily in css
