Emails sent using my appdrag domain are being blocked, with the following message "550 5.7.26 Unauthenticated email from starlingedge.com is not accepted due to domain's DMARC policy. Please contact the administrator of starlingedge.com domain if this was a legitimate mail. Please visit https://support.google.com/mail/answer/2451690 to learn about the DMARC initiative. l28-20020a056102051c00b00457686a8dc8sor217012vsa.7 - gsmtp"

I connected my appdrag domain to gmail and have been using it as an alias for a year or more with no trouble until now (I set it up following this guide - https://support.appdrag.com/doc/Configuring-Gmail)

I have attempted to research and resolve the issue but can't figure out what needs to be done. Based articles like this (https://support.google.com/a/answer/10032578?hl=en) it seems that we need to check the SPF and DKIM settings for the domain, but I'm not familiar with what to do there.

      Can you please help?

Hey @Stephen-Alsobrook, we discovered yesterday that our partner registrar (Namesilo) added automatically a "_dmarc" record on all domain names. It's started from a good will but had unconsidered consequences like preventing emails to be sent from other systems.

Solution is simply to remove the added _dmarc TXT record on your domain DNS

FYI I did it for you, it should be active in the next hour
