      I'm trying to add an email forward but it doesn't go through. Here's the error message "You cannot combine custom mx and mail forwards." What does that mean ?

            @bianca-duboisset-0 no in fact I asked because it's incompatible with the forward service if you do it

            I see 2 domains on your screenshot, can you please confirm on which one you have the issue?

              @joseph-benguira I actually want to have email forwards to both. rhonda-talent.fr was working but it's not anymore (I opened a ticket for this matter)

                @bianca-duboisset-0 please try to configure the email forwarding to point to something else than gmail (just to try and check if that's the source of your issue)

                  @joseph-benguira Gmail is really not working so I changed it for outlook/hotmail. It sometimes works. But if it does I receive the emails almost 2 days after they've been sent. Please help me !!!! 😉 (Not keeding, it's a professional address... and it prevents me to do business development)

                    @bianca-duboisset-0 there is not much we can do, this email forwarding service is provided by our partner registrar (namesilo)

                    What you can do is instead of using the email forwarding service you can connect a third party email service like Microsoft / Google / or any other full email service provider
