SOLVED Domain Authentification

Hi,

I need to validate the authentication of a domain I took with you, when setting up.

Especially to validate DKIM and SPF.

"Authentication is critical to the delivery of your campaig ns. This will make your newsletters more credible, which means a much better chance of avoiding spam folders with the majority of mailbox providers.

What is the process if this can be managed directly?

you can add the TXT record in your domain, to do that, in appdrag click on Domains > then click on the cogs near your domain name > then click on DNS Editor

there you can add the 2 TXT records to your domain

@nicolas-flam yes correct, on that screen click on the green button "Add DNS entry" and there you can create your TXT entry with value

I made an update with the mail provider.

Here is the new configuration (which still doesn't work) but is correct for them.

@nicolas-flam DNS change are not instant, it can take several hours ...
