SOLVED How to change project name and site name?

how do I change the name of a site, to a new name/new project? when I try to duplicate it, it does not work. Many options I try keep sending me back to the dashboard. Is there a bug?

@peter-taffe A project name cannot be renamed, indeed a good option is to Clone/duplicate
Please try to logout and relogin and try again
