NameServer update cannot be made. This is likely caused by the entered NameServers not being created yet. Please check the spelling of the NameServers you entered as well as checking to make sure they have been created at the applicable registry.

Please help. I have never had this problem before.

We would like to inform that to change the domain for your website please do the following changes in your domain registrar of domain (shopsocial.pro) :
Create following hostname in domain registrar and point it to related IPs as mentioned below:
ns1.shopsocial.pro --> 205.251.199.202
ns2.shopsocial.pro --> 205.251.195.154
ns3.shopsocial.pro --> 205.251.196.246
ns3.shopsocial.pro --> 205.251.193.99
After doing the above process please change the NameServer for your domain in Domain Registrar as follows :

ns3.shopsocial.pro

After setting up above NameServer and Hostnames please let us know also it will take some time to propagate the NameServer globally. So once it will done we will change the domain your website and update you.

@mark-stapleton-2 based on those instructions you first need to create DNS A records on your domain, once it's done you can then change the nameservers
