I cant find how to remove appdrag logo and branding when I publish

How can I also chnage the website name like I'm using a template "learnonline" I want to change the name

I think for the logo you're talking about AppDrag favicon. You can change it from your project configuration.

And for the template name I guess you're talking about page titles which can be changed in each page configuration:
