Blog Buttons and open links in new window

Hi. I'm looking for buttons to be inserted into blog articles (and ideally in the template).
One of the buttons will send an email. The second will open up (in a new window) a URL.
I can use the link function, but it doesn't seem to have the option of opening in a new window. Can buttons be inserted with this functionality?

You can link to a new window, go to the target tab and switch to new window (_blank) :
