Bonjour,
j ai souscrit un abonnement et j ai le droit a un nom de domaine offert lorsque je le choisis on me demande de payer
merci de votre aide

You can activate your free domaine when you go in the settings of your project then go to Domains & Emails
Also as indicated on the subscription page before you paid here is the list of included domain extensions:

domain name included for 1 year (.COM, .NET, .ORG, .CA, .IT, .NL, .FR, .ES, .DE, .BE, .RU, .CO.UK, .IN, .US, .XYZ, .INFO, .ME, .PRO, .WIN, .BIZ)

So if your extension is not in the list it won't be free
