Team members and project (clients) folders feature request

Can it be possible to integrate a "team members" feature to give editors access to the main account with permission/restriction levels? This is different from sharing an app/website and giving full or custom permissions. I'm looking for the option to have editors create projects, edit projects, and different editors rights for working with clients, without having access to the main account settings where they can see and change owners information. Basically, having an agency team member option where a team can work together.
Is it possible to create folders where we can organize by clients or specific projects? This will keep things neatly organized and faster to work. At the moment we're faced with a list of apps/website but having a structured folder style will help identify the exact client/project and go straight to it. With it, the ability to move apps/website between folders.
