SOLVED Transfer Domain to AppDrag

I am trying to transfer a domain from namesilo to appdrag but when I search it in appdrag it says that the domain is unavailable for transfer...any help as to why is greatly appreciated

@joshua-rottschafer can you ensure that the domain is not locked? That would prevent the domain to be transferable.

You can also check that with WHOIS:
https://tools.appdrag.com/who-is.html

you can check if your domain have this:
Domain Status: clientTransferProhibited

If yes, go to your registrar and unlock the domain
