@Daniel-Mulroy google will crawl all sitemaps present in robots.txt but you should add that sitemap manually in google search console if you want to see it there

You are doing it wrong, your product have only 1 variant based on language and then indicate as many languages as you want!

So remove your variant settings and add just 1 variant: lang
And then add your langs couples

You have created an A record for your root domain without www, this is wrong, it should be a CNAME pointing to the same thing that your other cname for www (visible in your screenshot)

@ian-collins my guess is you have bad dns entries on your domain at GoDaddy, could you please share a screenshot with your dns settings?

@katya-nakache you can restore the menu from the code editor
There open /config folder on the left column then right click on menu.json and restore it to a previous version

Then you can reload the page builder and your issue should be fixed

@pablo-bbross question is more related to Google tracking, so I'm not sure if I can answer...
My guess would be to add an id to the icon and track that id as well
