not trying to format like for example when doing where statements in the visual select sometime there is a case for Now() i am asking is it possible for CurrentDate() or getdate()

When trying to create a visual select to get the current date, current week or current month n the parameters for the formula how is it Currentdate() or something else?

How does Scheduled Task work. Does it work by setting the time of day or is it like intervals for example if i set the hours to 00 and the minutes to 05 does that mean 5 minutes after midnight or does that mean it will be called every 5 minutes (if this is the case if i set it to hours 00 and minutes 00 does that mean it updates it real time?

I have a function that i am trying to descend the order by certain column and in the visual select it is not working properly. How to fix?
