We got a problem for a few weeks, we can't send emails to Gmail adress; I checked with OVH and they told me that I have to set it from Appdrag; I tried to do it but it doesn't work could you help me please ?

Je vous rassure que je vais tout mettre en œuvre pour répondre favorablement à votre demande et vous dépanner rapidement.

La mise en SPAM par les destinataires ne relève pas du champ d'action de OVHcloud.
En effet, nous ne laissons pas sortir de SPAM à notre niveau.
Si votre e-mail est sorti, c'est qu'il est légitime pour nous, et devrait l'être par le destinataire.

Cette année, de nombreux fournisseurs de messagerie tels que Gmail, Outlook, etc., ont renforcé leurs mesures de sécurité contre le spam. En conséquence, il est désormais nécessaire de configurer le champ SPF afin d'assurer une bonne délivrabilité de vos e-mails.

Le champ SPF permet d'authentifier les e-mails que vous envoyez, afin qu'ils ne soient pas reçus en tant que spam chez votre destinataire.

Votre nom de domaine utilise des serveurs DNS externes :
eiffel-conseils.FR. 3600 IN NS ns2.yoursrs.com.
eiffel-conseils.FR. 3600 IN NS ns1.yoursrs.com.

Je vous invite à créer manuellement une authentification SPF via une entrée "TXT" depuis l'interface web de votre prestataire qui gère votre nom de domaine.

Voici le SPF de OVHcloud : "v=spf1 include:mx.ovh.com -all"

Un délai de propagation de 4 à 24h peut être constaté lors de la modification de votre zone DNS.
