the header is showing twice in one of my page and if i delete one both of them go away

So i went to the page to change a link on one of the bottoms and the format changed and i dont know why, the second shot is hw was looking before and the first is how looks now

Hi, I'd like to add 2 anchor links to the same text block. If I select the text it doesn't show my anchors. it only shows if I want to link the whole text block. Can you please help me with that? I want o link the text 'Personal bank account' to the personal part and 'business bank account' to the business part

the down side of this is that you can screw up the fonts and spacing. also takes away some og the benefits of writing inapp.

in tag manager, there's a part that goes to the head and another that should go to the beginning of the body

thanks, my only concern is google tag manager tells to put the code at the beginning of the body part and the editor offers to put before the end of the body part. Is there a solution for that? Also when I put the part to the body it shows an X next to the code. Is that a mistake?

Now is showing 3 times and if i try to delete one they all disappear. the problem is only in this page
