I didn't even know I had sections.
But yes, those bottom 3 bullets are all in a section and when I set that to none, my Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions links worked.

if you enter inide the project settings and click on MORE button, you will have an option to change the template, be aware that this will remove all the existing content of the site!
