Hi. Ive tried to share the site both in white label and generally. In both cases they can't access it.

Is there a tutorial on white labelling? and sharing?

        Hi,
What do you mean by they can't access it? They are connected on your white label and don't see the project or they can't even connect?

If you share in WhiteLabel mode they have to login from either editmyweb.site with your partner id or the domain you configured as your whitelabel domain. If they create an account on AppDrag and it's shared in WhiteLabel, even by using the same email address they won't see the project. If it was the case, it would ruin the white label.

@Wassim said in White label and sharing:

          editmyweb.site

All I see when I go onto editmyweb.site is a blank screen other than a contact us and a language choice.

I'm trying to give a paying client access to the shop and the blog and this seems to be impossible to do other than by showing the platform I'm working from..

Hey Stephen, this means that you have not yet configured your white label.
To do it go to the dashboard, click on your name in top right corner. And click on white label configuration. There fill at least your brand name, email and details then save. You can also attach a white label Domain

Once done your invited users will be able to sign in 🙂

Hi. I'd already done that. The only unknown was "From email address" which I've now set to my main email address.
              It seems now to work
