      Hello,

      Sorry for the "urgent", but lemlist just failed on me and I need to send very soon 60 emails at once to new users.

      Everythinkg is ok, API Route is done (tested with an old domain name already linked to appdrag, flawless), I have the starter pack so the limit for transac email is perfect too, BUT :

      When I try to send it from my new domain name, I get that :

      I then tried an old trick I did before : Creating an AppDrag form and validate the mail through the settings.
      I received the validation email and it told me that my email address was authorized.

      What can I do to activate that email address and be able to send mails with it from my API route ? Knowing that I will not be able to move the domain name into AppDrag.

        Hi,

        Did you receive the verification email just after trying to send it ?
        Once verified it should work. If it doesn't message me the email address you're trying to verify and we will check.

          Hello,

          After trying to send a mail by API I received nothing
          After the form appdrag -> validate settings I got one and told me it was no authorized
          When I try to send a mail a mail by API, still nothing 😕

          The mail is noreply@moncnl.fr

              My guess is the verification email is filtered by your external mail server.
              It could be in spam folder ... Or even dropped by your email server if it's a forward address.

              You can also check in the newsletter module > alias list
              It's showing the list of validated emails for your account and let you delete alias and retry.

                @jbenguira well that's weird because:

                When I tried doing it through the page builder using the form, it worked well :

                I tried to make a new form and validate it again, and it looks like it's happy because it doesn't ask me to validate anymore, but still the same issue through the API, and alias list is empty 😕

                So it looks like it's not filtered (and not on spam) since I still received this one, but.... well nothing happened despite asking me to verify the email I don't receive with through the API 😕

                I don't know at all what to do....

                  The form email and newsletter email verification are two separate things.

                  I deleted the entry from your mail, please try again using CloudBackend. I suspect it was filtered or sent before your email was setup.

                    Anything I can do in the DNS to allow the domain name on AWS or else ?

                      @Wassim I did some more tests

                      It's not working either with :

                      • testappdrag@iterateit.io on Gandi
                      • office@themachinery.fr on Gsuite, which I can check everything that is filtered and it's not in it 😕

                      As far as I remember, I always used it with a domain name registered on AppDrag..... I guess it never worked outside of it for me ?

                      I even tried to use appdrag instead of my white label (who knows ^^"), but same issue 😕

                        @Wassim @jbenguira it's getting kind of worse....

                        I wanted to do what I did last year :

                        • Buying a domain name with AppDrag (moncnl.info)
                        • Creating a forward (which I tested, works well)
                        • Using the API with that email address

                        Even the forwarding is actually not working.....

                        There is definitely something going on......

                        I did that with contact@grevity.fr a long time ago, so it still works well, but I'm totally blocked to do that with new ones....

                        I'm very late on that sending, is it fixable today or should I consider moving on to another solution ?

                          Some news, it just took a great amount of time for the direction to work, so I can receive mail on noreply@moncnl.info.... but still nothing when using the API...

                            Oh! Do you mean you couldn't receive mails before you started the process?

                            I deleted them, try again it should send the verification email again.

                              I meant that mayne just for the moncnl.info I created just to try, but still not after your reset.

                              So for now it works neither on :

                              • moncnl.info or itearteit - Gandi
                              • iterate.io - Gandi
                              • themachinery.fr - Gsuite
                              • moncnl.fr - OVH
                                If I replace it with grevity.fr (still in my route) which I linked a year ago, it works without any problem, but the others just never receive the email to validate 😕
                                You think it can be something about the whibte label ? When I validated grevity.fr it was without it.

                                I don't think it would have any link to AppDrag or any other domain name provider.
                                For the WhiteLabel I don't think it would be related..
                                Can you confirm me you receive test emails to that address before trying to validate it on AppDrag?

                                  Hey Pierre, please ensure the email sender address configured in your whitelabel settings is validated or else indeed no emails will be sent
                                  Another option is to clear the sender email address field in your whitelabel settings
