REMINDER
SSL purchased with AppDrag but after CNAME config on domain registrar, site is still not secured.

I copied the key/value from the SSL dialog box and entered it in as a new CNAME in GoDaddy, but I still don't see the SSL certificate active.

Be sure to wait at least 1h to let the dns propagate. If it's still not generated after 2h you can consider that there is a mistake in the cname you have created on godaddy.
You can post here a screenshot of your godaddy dns cname so I can tell you if I see a mistake -

it seems you forgot to follow the last step of the tutorial (step 4 where you have to change the dns for www)
