jQueryLoaded doesn't always trigger.

The jQueryLoaded event doesn't trigger 1 out of 10 times, no errors in the console.

Tried with no-browser cache enabled in the dev console, tried full reloads and cache empties.

Update: I'm able to reproduce in any browser..
